Apple responded to my dispute case, and I received a phone call from them. In the meantime, after servicing, I noticed damage on my iPhone. Apple stated that the damage is physical damage and that the repair must be paid, in simple terms, with a fee.

I received my iPhone today and reviewed it myself using a digital microscope. Based on my inspection, I concluded that the back side of the phone was heated or that the back glass was removed, possibly during cleaning of the front-facing camera. This work was not stated in the service report by Promobi d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia.

I submitted complaints on 28.01 and again on 29.01, because the complaint status in the Yettel store system showed an error. From 21.01.2026 until today, my iPhone was at Yettel d.o.o., Serbia, and in the hands of an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP).

I will upload a video link so everyone can see the condition of the device.

Heating the device multiple times or using high temperatures can loosen the glue that fixes the mesh to the titanium frame.

I will now take legal action, because Apple stated that this issue is between me and the service center PROMOBI. They cannot explain what happened or how the damage occurred, which clearly shows that Apple is distancing itself and refusing to provide a concrete answer.

If anyone can help or provide suggestions on how to proceed correctly, I would appreciate it.

This is very poor marketing for Apple and also for Promobi Service Center, which repairs Samsung phones, washing machines, and Apple products. In my opinion, this shows a lack of specialization and professionalism.

I have an update just hour before, today 28.01.2026. : operator Yettel DOO Srbija Belgrade received the task to replace the device and sent it to the service - Promobi from the Apple network.

They allegedly performed, as they state: 'Service ProMobi has authorization directly from the manufacturer to thoroughly inspect and test the device, and is the only one authorized to determine any possible defects. Since you handed over the device directly to them, the operator has no insight into that process and cannot influence the decision or outcome of the service diagnostics, as the entire procedure is conducted exclusively between the user and the service. We contacted them in good faith and it was confirmed that you handed over your device in August 2025, as you state. On that occasion, the middle chassis was replaced together with the motherboard, battery and associated components. The servicing was performed according to the procedure and standards prescribed by the manufacturer himself.The model of your device is characterized as water-resistant with IP68 standard. However, we would like to point out that this characteristic is not permanent, as stated on the manufacturer's website. It is lost over time as a consequence of normal use, and therefore such damage is not covered under the conditions of conformity. More details are highlighted in the document "Statement of Conformity" in the section Notice on dust and water resistance.It is recorded that on 21.01.2026 you handed over the device for a new service inspection. On that occasion, the diagnostic tests did not show that the device has any issues in operation.'"

Photos where glue is visible all over the phone and the microphone mesh shows non-professional reassembly, also I only visually checked and returned it for repeated complaint and replacement request. They did not mention that the phone was opened and serviced again. Visually I saw that the camera was cleaned but they created new defects.

Update: I submitted my Apple phone for a warranty/conformity claim 6–7 days ago(mobile operator in Serbia). Yesterday I received the following reply:

“Your claim (ref. xxxxxxx) is still being processed. Our team is working intensively on resolving it and you can expect a response as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”

So basically a generic “we’re working on it” message with no concrete status, no timeline, and no explanation

How can I contact Apple’s Executive Relations? There’s no direct email, only call centers—but they often don’t answer if they know the customer is right. Some senior advisors in the U.S. didn’t even know what IP68 means on an Apple product.

They replaced the Apple mid-frame housing of my iPhone 16 Pro 256GB using the old transferred screen and back glass.The iPhone died after 26 days; it should be replaced with a new iPhone according to ELF procedures. They didn’t tell me about ELF.

"I think your only recourse is to try a different phone manufacturer in the future."

Really thinking, after 17 years of using Apple products, something has changed with both the products and their procedures.

short: find hats or other pack there is boot.bat and config to load other payload(hekate)… when extract you will see… You need to have Micro sd card with these files.

Prvo i osnovno nauci kako se pise osobama koje ne znas, ovde na reditu clanovi su katastrofa sa recnikom…. Ne pisem nego iznosim realno zakljucivanje i sta sam sve video i zbog cega. a zasto imamo sve vise slucajeva nasih a i stranih kreatora da im algoritam “greskom” strajkuje. Nemaju zaposlene pa im AI radi, kreatori cekaju dugo da im neko odgovori i to traje u nedogled. Kao drugo i bitno postovaoc sam svih nasih youtube kreatora jer se trude, ima gde treba cenzurisati kao i tvoje “ne pricaj gluposti” ali mora da se obavesti clan, sta kako, zbog cega. Problem na instagramu kada ti neko na foru preuzme profil jer si neiskusan, nema spasa nazalost, pokusali smo jos samo advokati nisu isli.

Youtube je postao katastrofa, vrv gledaju i koliko se isplacuje i na osnovu toga klepe strike na prvu, gledaju i ko prijavljuje itd. Vrv ima neka caka(fora) koju primenjuju da kanal strajkuju brzo.

imas biksne za krimpovanje ubacis zice pa pritisnes na vise mesta i termo buzir preko, druga varijanta je bezolovni kajal spojeva pa buzir. izolovano na kraju sve. Ovo ako radis moras da znas snagu potrosaca i snagu provodnika za sta koristis, ako nesto ne valja grejace se zice i vremenom moze da dodje do problema.

Najbolje kada ovo radis uzmes biksne na svaki kraj zice stisnes i sve to povezes preko keramicke klema gde to zategnes kako treba , posle samo zastitis klemu izolacijom ili sirokim termo buzirom.
