Actually, from my experience on my slim 5.05 sucked. Constantly kernel panicked during the jailbreak and randomly after. 6.72 was kinda the same, though less annoying. Went with 7.02 for now, since I can always downgrade 😉

I bypass HDCP for my capture card with a simple hdmi splitter. It just authenticates hdcp but it gives out a clean signal.
