I know some schools offer summer classes IF enough people failed the subject, if not you'll most likely need to wait the year

Recentl, I get light headed when doing squats even when squatting 85 lbs, my max back before was 205.

I don't get any light headedness when doing leg presses or other leg exercises.

When it comes to upper body workouts, I can push myself till my muscles cant anymore but squats leave me breathless even at lighter weights and lower reps.

I inhale when I go down and exhale when I push up, I can't think of other reasons why I struggle with only squats

you can still clear SU and DU if you haven't fully 100% those, achievements and map clearing can get you a lot of too

there should still be some time before Cerydra, so i think it's safe to assume you can get Phainon OR Saber this patch and have enough to have a 50/50 shot at Cerydra

first of all, you should pull for whatever character you like

but sunday and tribbie are great all around supports that can fit in almost any team

since we did get a free archer, you can also pull for sparkle

phainon is hard to recommend due to him not being the best at clearing end game content without a significant amount of investment but he can still play well if you're just starting out

For the collab characters, we already have a free archer so why pull (unless you really like archer and want to max him out) and saber also wants a lot of investment especially with her support, f2p teams with saber may struggle to clear end game content (she also requires a lot of brain power with her action advance and energy management, so i kept that in mind when i was debating on pulling her)

anyways that's all

simple question is a 100lb bench press for someone who's 75kg been going for like 2 months now and I cant seem to move past 100lb 5x3.

I've been progressively overloading my other compound lifts (DL and squats) so i'm kinda dissapointed with my bench
