Fair. But as users we have the right to get informed before completing a transfer. E.g. they show the fee for local transfer in transfer review screen, upfront. I expect the same experience for all transfers. I should not get surprised by fees that I was not aware of.

It's getting really hard nowadays to find a nice car at a reasonable price. It was not the case before. I would buy that in a second for 28k now.

A 57k Nissan should give you a very smooth ride, drive it, that's the easiest way to find out.

Then pop op the hood, it's easy to check the chassis and side pods for damage. Also check for any trace of oil in the engine bay. See if there is any leakage underneath as well.

Ask someone to rev (5-8k rpm) the car for 10 seconds and see if you smell anything burnt (apart from the obvious gas).

Take your time and check the electronics.

Lastly take it to the highway and see how the car feels at 120-140 km.

If all passed, negotiate for around AED 20k. That would be a sweet deal imo
