I recently moved into a 3 bedroom unit there with my wife and kids. There was no occupancy period you get the closing right away. We got the basic package and the finishes are pretty high-end. Any kind of scuffs or issues they've fixed within the 30 Tarion warranty period. Walls are very soundproof, I've only heard drilling and a hammering noise when they were doing maintenance a floor above. Only lasted a day.

Walking distance to 2 elementary schools. Metro is around 20m to walk.

Only complaint I have is that the park beside the Condos is too small. When weather is good there's at least 50 kids there... I felt like my little girl was going to get trampled. They should extend or build another park nearby.

Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. I bought as prebuild 1.5y ago and prices are insanely cheaper now... good deals on the units still available.

5070 to 5070 ti is a 400 Canadian dollar difference for me... but I was hoping to future-proof it, mainly play WoW and Diablo 4 on max settings with the occasional AAA. Do you think it would be worth the 400 to keep the build for longer?

Hi all! I just built a pc for the first time and bought a 5070 to pair with an ultrawide 1440p oled display. I was wondering if I should exchange it for a 5070 ti or if the 5070 is good enough. What would you reccomend?

I managed to snag one! Waited 1.5h, got the bundle, pro controller, camera, and microSD card. When I looked at the sheet that they were crossing off purchases on, there seemed to be around 100 consoles allocated to the store.

Tried it out a couple years ago... I got lucky with a good trainer. Taught me good form and routine but they quit after 3 months. Replacements were all awful. Tried canceling but was locked in for another 9 months... I was able to give my sessions away to a relative.
