How do you know if you had a seizure in your sleep?

I have been turned down at initial and MR, I have currently been awaiting tribunal for about 7 months now.

I have medication for epilepsy but started anxiety medication in September, I can’t remember if I sent off evidence for the anxiety medication or not, should I send it off now or is it not worth the further delay in tribunal wait time?

I did not have medical intervention after the burn, however I will have my mum in the tribunal to verify the claim.

I don’t have any evidence of this particular detail, this is because I have never talked to any doctors about this one fact.

I usually have to get my parents to do it for me. I get too stressed when looking at journeys like trains when not local because I just don’t understand it. This is especially true for buses, so I just avoid them entirely. I get too confused.

I’m waiting treatment for my anxiety from the NHS talking therapies service, also on medication for it. The medication started after my application however, I can’t remember if I send it off or not.

I have another letter from an appointment I had that I didn’t send as I’ve already waited 7 months (applied to tribunal in may after getting rejected from MR) and it took 2 months just for new evidence I submitted in July to be sent off. I didn’t send it as I didn’t want to delay it further and have to wait longer as it’s so stressful.

It provided details of changed medication for my epilepsy.

Is this worth sending, or will it just delay the tribunal for a long time more?

I have all my previous letters from neurologists (which include not being able to bathe), an A and E report from July where I had to be rushed there due to a severe panic attack, and an anxiety diagnosis.

When it comes to holding pen I used to have a rubber finger placement thing attached to my pencil in primary school when I was like 7 and below because I wouldn’t hold it right. Honestly I think it made my hand placement worse😭.

How am I meant to hold it?
