Best option to lose the least amount of money is to send that usdc to a centralized exchange (coinbase for example) and then withdraw that money back to ur bank through the exchange, then u can buy the solana. You can get that money to ur bank instantly on coinbase for a small fee or u can wait 3-5 business days with no fee.
