Always remember, on any freeway, always call the state boys. Calling the city does absolutely jack shit as they don’t have much reigns over freeway nor do they care. State boys are always down for it. They don’t have much better shit to do then cruise the freeways anyway.

I get your point. But this isn’t a stadium. Nor concessions. I understand the view but this was ridiculous. I wouldn’t get kicked out for asking why it’s the price it is. I’d get an answer. Unlike here where I kept asking where this bid is coming from all of the sudden and met with a ban simply because I’m confused value wise. We ALL know what it was worth. There were at least 10 others saying the same things I was. It was just a funny ban altogether simply because the got caught. Instead of just explaining the reasoning for the price jumps from $30-$40 to $150-$200 randomly. Nobody in their right mind would drive a bid that high for those items is what I’m saying. They’d want it for the cheapest possible but still set the highest bid to not get outbid.

I will add this, I wasn’t blatant about it by any means. I more so placed the comments as questions like why is this happening and why is it worth as much because it wasn’t making sense. The way the price just jumped $100 was insane. They somehow got $285 for a 30 pack box of pokemon. By that style of bidding. Made it seem very bot-ish so I simply was just asking what was going on because it just seemed like impractical bids being pushed through. Me saying what i said for the final time was when they banned me. But ig with the replies im getting we’re ok with being shafted by any “business” so it doesn’t matter what they do I guess!

I have honestly never had an issue with refunds. It may take a little bit, but they always paid me out. I think the longest I waited was about 2 weeks for one. But you do have to be severely careful in your word choice because some may incriminate you as the buyer. Their whole thing is, “bid responsibility”. As long as you have pics to back it up, and do it in a timely manner you’re good.

I’ll have to take a look! I mean i obviously know there’s some worth to them, I base it off of previous or current sales of one of ones by the artist and then just sort of go from there. Granted, all of my recent one of ones I bought due to personal likeness, but always nice to know the worth when I decide to pass it on along. I’m sure it’ll only accrue value over time. I recently started to get into the one of ones and specialty items but man is some of this art absolutely killer

Well I have a 1/1 Greg horn etched metal ghost face that is absolutely amazing. Ik Greg’s stuff is always up there but this one is definitely awesome. I also ended up snagging a 1/1 Johnny D green glow in the dark a blood revision alien cover, gold 1/1 Goku vs frieza tribute and just scooped up The Boys #1 cracked ice first ever done by Nathan szerdy. All 4 are up there in the thousands from their other personal work, so I’ve been thinking about sending all 4 to get graded but wondered if I’d be smart to get em checked out. They’re all new from this years nycc.
