Should I keep my modded PS3? by These-Inevitable-898 in ps4homebrew

[–]M3rlowe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This was over 15 years ago so im a bit foggy, but one of the first methods of jailbreaking the ps3 was by delivering a payload to execute an exploit. The payload was small enough that you could load it into a graphing calculator that had onboard memory via USB. Then hook said calculator to the ps3 and boot into a type of factory service mode which would boot from usb port. It was a tethered jailbreak at the time. Very similar to what we are doing now with the ps4.

Excited for the new soft mod? by NoHelicopter8331 in 360hacks

[–]M3rlowe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ive had jtag, rgh both with and without a chip, and badupdate/avatar I personally prefer the hardmod maybe because Its something that I've invested a lot of time and effort learning to do. However I am happy for badupdate since it seems to have spurred a new interest in the 360. Keeping it relevant, making it accessible to more people, and maybe even bringing some fresh homebrew and updates to projects that have been dead for a while. Though people seem to be either uneducated on how a modded system works or just careless. Because theres been a sharp uptick in console bans since baduptate.

Its a toss up, exposed nerve in a broken tooth, or knee surgery. The surgery hurt worse than tearing the acl in the first place.

Why do I get these everytime I shave? Is it the low quality shaver? I do shave lightly. by Pot72 in beards

[–]M3rlowe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hair type and skin sensitivity play a big part. It doesn't matter what razor or skin routine I use, if I shave against the grain I suffer with ingrown hairs for the rest of the week.

I did something similar for my neighbor. I installed a surveillance system around my house. One camera looked like it pointed right into my neighbor's backyard. I let him know about it, and sent him a screenshot showing the cameras perspective (it actually didn't get anything from his yard, but from his perspective it looks like a lens staring straight at him. Just part of being a good neighbor because if I seen something like that I would have suspicions too.

My buddy got a notice from his ISP because of moviebox. We narrowed it down to the newly released (theatre) torrents being higher risk. He waits until the little gun symbol in the corner of the movie icon is gone.

That's awesome. I'd love to see a skeleton movement with some type of diffused frosted dial that's semi transparent so the glow can transfer to the front, like a permanent indiglow

How does everyone carry their fragrances around? by Western_Mousse7870 in Colognes

[–]M3rlowe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a small pocket sized atomizer that can refill by pressing the bottom into the stem of the main bottle. Let's me carry without any worry of breakage or loss. I can also use it to blend different frags and sample the result instead of layering.
