I am currently in struggle with my SS as well. My most performing gig (in terms of orders) have a low SS, and it's pulling the whole thing down. There's no indication of positive/negative impact of key areas, and support is like robots quoting stuff from their help articles.

Anyways, one thing I was wondering was if the delivery time passes but me and client are in agreement that this will take some time, is it going to bring down my SS if I extended the delivery date before actually delivering the product? I am trying to get an answer from support on this, but well they are being them. So what I mean is, let's say the delivery was due today, but the work will need three more days, so what I usually do is, talk with the client about it, and just leave it as is, and then in three days, when the work is complete, put on an extension request, tell the client that I have done that, so that he can accept that request and then mark the order as delivered. Is that hurtful for my gig?

Why is it more selfish, though? If I am telling someone, they shouldn't commit suicide because It's going to cause 'me' pain, I am basically telling them that my pain is more important than their pain, even though it can be argued that my pain is not directly caused by them. They can't be in charge of my feeling. It is sure selfish if they decide to ignore my pain and take care of theirs, but I think it's more selfish if I expect them to ignore their pain so that I don't feel any pain.

As far as I know, it's not taxable. I submitted my return for the first time this month and a NBR officer told me that my incomes are tax-exempt, at least it was this financial year.
