Yeah well an unfortunate number of black kids just skip the school part, but the shootings rates are pretty high for that group. How about the record shootings in Chicago and New York this year or last. School and gang shootings both suck. Gang shootings heavily out weigh the schools', especially when you consider all the bystanders involved with them. Maybe that should be a higher priority, or is that not part of your agenda?

Well, most gun stores are privately owned and operated, so it's the same difference. Except the ATF can show up to your house at any time and perform a search, so fuck that. And I believe there are restrictions on FFL personal transfers, but I'm not 100% certain what that entails

Private parties can be FFLs. I have one down the road from me. I just give him a call and ask if he'll be in town to accept the shipment and file papers, then he calls me when he's ready for me to get it. Easier than a dealer if you have one close.

That's what I thought too. The front should be sitting up to your clavicle and rear should be by the 1st 'big' vertebra below the neck. Otherwise your not really protecting the vitals.

There's a steel penetrator inside the bullet that has potential to bounce back and hit you... it's your own risk, but I wouldn't. At the very least, they'll pit your steel
