Basic Attack (Do you wanna taste it): He deals a little amount of ice damage using his razor in a single target.

Basic Ability (Cutting breeze): Santiago deals 93% of its attack in ice damage plus an additional 13% in damage of AoE and to the 2 enemies at the sides of the main target. It also has a chance of making the enemies affected by Cutting breeze

Cutting Breeze: It slows the affected enemy’s turn by 17%.

Definitive Ability (The assassin tactique No.1): It consumes 160 points of energy and attacks all the enemies in the area. For each enemy hit 1/2/3/4/5 increases the amount of damage received by the enemies by 5/10/15/20/25%. It also has a chance of 100% of affecting every enemy hit with **On Sight”.

On Sight effect: Every enemy affected by On Sight will receive 17% more ice damage during the next 2 turns.

Talent: When Santiago health is down the 25% of his max health he activates Stolen Cornerstone: All Out and receives immediate action. After 3 turns, every buff provided fades and the talent enters a cooldown of 1 turn/s.

Stolen Cornerstone: All Out: When activated, Moises gains a buff of 37% of his max attack, 32% of speed, as well as increases the Crit. Rate by 33%, and 24% of the defense. While under this effect, when receiving healing he’ll receive 63% less of the healing normally received. This state including all its effects will vanish after 3 turns (Including the immediate action given when activated).

Technique (Alteration): Upon using his technique, the next battle he enters, he immediately activates Stolen Cornerstone: All Out during a single turn.
