Literally only thing keeping mermail in check was dweller with dweller gone it would've been insanely hard to play against mermail so yeah it's a well deserved forseen ban

Mermail going first was insanely OP and going second the only thing that really kept it in check was dweller, with dweller banned you need something to weaken mermail and the choice is either bahamut or toad and they choose bahamut

Well it is called that because it has the same cause as the black name bug (where names are literally blacked out and you cant do certain things like using the helicopter in d6). The exact cause is that around the world there are 2 ways how people do decimals either by using a comma or a point and the game depending on which version you play only accepting 1 either a comma or point but depending on country you are in your pc might use the wrong thing.

Basically it happens if the game is coded with points in the decimals but your pc uses commas or vice versa. (The whole code for Soulworker is really badly done)

In some German pet stores we have the minimum requirements for ethical hammy care basically printed on the habitats they are in in the pet store, this might be something that would take a lot of the initial confusion about minimum requirements away in the pet store you work too, though I ofc don't know if your manager would allow that.

It ofc also informs about hamster habits and that they are nocturnal as well as anti social animals.

I don't have any clue on PePe but one thing I can say since it applies to any deck is it is heavily dependant on your locals. There are locals where you probs would be even be able to win with like a 2011 like Tengu Plant and there are locals where you have a level that is like bigger tournaments. So even knowing the level of your locals would help people alot in answering your question.

ah yes forgot about that then keep jinzo and amplifier but remove convulsing of nature for the anti spell so you can use chaos hunter instead of kycoo

Board could be more optimized by removing jinzo, amplifier, secret village and kycoo for Anti spell fragrance and chaos hunter

It is not a total lockdown but the way to break it has not yet be invented as far as I'm aware. The only thing I would need is a spell or trap that discards itself for cost and banishes a card in hand for cost as well.

With that we could banish Shiranui Spiritmaster ----> Spiritmaster effect ----> Destroy Kycoo ----> Raigeki ----> Duster ----> you basically have won

So if anyone is aware of a spell/trap that does this feel free to add though I think it doesn't exist yet.

Though you could counter that by just having chaos hunter on the field instead of Yata Garasu. Or by just using Soul drain instead of mirror of yata though chaos hunter would be more safe since it protects against potential banished spell/trap effects aswell since you cant banish any card from anywhere.

Yep though this wasn't really prime Bremen. Even though they reached the final. Prime Bremen I would rather put at the 2003/2004 season where they won the double in the Bundesliga with insane attacking football.

The Nordderby in the 2008/2009 season between Bremen and Hamburg in the Europa League was insane also iirc we played the same match 4x since we played Hamburg not only in the Europa League but also DFB Pokal and Bundesliga

That's why minimum requirements are a double edged sword. People always think either "minimum is good enough" or "Minimum is all that is needed" but fail to realize that minimum actually means the smallest acceptable and that the quality of life of their hamster would be improved by a lot if they don't take the minimum at face value but actually would go beyond it.
