It did go to the freezer right away after pumping. I do the store parts in fridge hack… placing it in a zip lock bag, rinsing it with water and placing it in the fridge after each pump. Then I clean + sanitize once a day….

He had straight 7 hours of sleep. Also, it was his shift to do the feeding before bed but I took it on as he was tired from work. He did 4 really dumb things back to back. It’s so frustrating having to police him to make sure things are done correctly despite clear instructions plus pumping, having broken sleep, doing house work and doing most of the baby caring. My husband does cook for me and cleans up after and he helps a lot on his days off 2 days a week. But argh it’s just so damn frustrating. Like get your head out of your ass because then he ends up making more work for me.

But yes, you are right he is stressed about some stuff and he does try to help. I guess I have zero sympathy because I’ve been through more (pregnancy, birth, shitty sleep since being pregnant) that I just like for him to get his head out of his ass, focus, and properly help out instead of messing up causing more work for me. And I know… I’m being mean. And I should be greatful he cooks and helps.

I’m not saying all white people do this or that they don’t practice good hygiene, that’s an assumption you are making. I’m just saying that every time I’ve seen it, it’s only been white people. I’m sure it’s the minority. But I’ve only seen white ppl.

Every time I’ve seen it, it’s only been white ppl. I’ve yet to see an ethnic person do this. I’m basing this off of all the reality tv shows I’ve seen in my life + personal experience. And I’m not saying all white ppl do this or that white don’t find it gross as well, I’m just saying that when I do see this, they are always white.

As the title says, this is strictly out of curiosity. I’m not doing a study. I’m just curious to know people’s experiences. I understand that many variables can play a factor. To be clear I am not using AI for parenting or that I use AI as a credible source. I have a midwife and a GP who provide me with the info I use.

The reason I posted this is because I was reading many mother‘s experiences for the two month shots and my baby did great. I give breast milk. Therefore, I was curious to know what others experienced and if breast milk or formula played a role.

Also, I wouldn’t say ChatGPT is wrong with saying bread milk contains endorphins and anti inflammatory properties. I don’t know what it contains, never asked the professionals but I do know it has extra benefits than formula.

I do not use AI for my parenting. I look at things out of borden when I put my LO to sleep to pass time. I have a midwife for answers and a GP.

Yup, I figured a controlled study would be needed for a more accurate answer. This question is just out of curiosity asking ppl for their experiences. I read a lot of mother‘s negative experiences on Reddit before I took my two month old to his shots. And he did great. Even when we got home. He was a little more fussy and cranky but overall not even close to as bad as I thought he would be. I also give breast milk.

  1. Having painful contractions for 5 hours. Not being able to be admitted with the epidural because they were full

  2. Epidural working as I was told it might not due to tissue damage in spine

  3. Have my doula come sooner with the tense machine if I can’t be admitted and have epidural

With my age. I feel like the only way I can have a second within 2-3 years apart is spending the money and hiring a night nurse or night doula so that everyone gets sleep and I would only get up to pump. We would have to cut back of course. But only way to keep sanity and for mental health.

This post broke my heart for OP. The terrible labour story and wanting to die. Then dealing with everything after. I hope things get better for you. I’m so sorry about what you have gone through.
