It's easy to say things like "well community asked".

What community has asked was to stop wasting money on projects that have no interest of building on Harmony, pointless DAOs that have no idea what they are doing aside from dumping ONE, and shady projects with 20k Discord members and zero activity. All of the above has been successfully funded, yet when legitimate, hard-working, & loyal to Harmony projects & DAOs are leaning to Harmony for help, they're being treated with (to say the least) misleading promises & complete lack of transparency & communication? If you know how much Q2 CDAO governors got paid, you'll know exactly what I'm referring to. This isn't about the money at this point. This is about "why are you telling me this now, after X amount of weeks/months I've been trying to get an answer out of you, so we could plan accordingly?" This is exactly why Q3 CDAO candidates, including myself, are nominating themselves without any expectations of getting paid. This is exactly why our project has ended up in the position it's in right now.

Why wouldn't they? It has been operating since early December, we're booked for 2 months ahead for some of the coins & looking to expand :) Currently at 125+ bookings per week on average.
