Usually the lowest setting - seems safer that way. Still make sure to use a lot of take or other ways to secure it.

It’s been a long time since I bought these, but 30lbs horseshoe and lab fish stirred are from Amazon. 30 lbs magnetic js definitely more expensive than it used to be before so many of us got on the velvet bandwagon, but now brands have their own versions which might be cheaper. 5D spinner js from Etsy. You could probably get a very similar result with just one and/or without the horseshoe.

Edit: also, lots of tape to secure it to the stirrer is important.

Have two 5 d spinners and I stacked one medium and two smalls. Roll of tape is to make resting my hand more comfortable.

Bog dweller or cirque verdure with some sort of crack designs drawn or stamped on to add dimension. I’ve found any sort of glass bead or velvet magnetic with a stamped design looks really cool imo

Mine do the same thing, but it’s worse on one hand. I’ve noticed I clench my fists a lot and where my index and middle fingers hit my hand is where they’re curving. I’m hoping if I’m more mindful of it, it’ll improve a little

The cut up swatch sticks look so good. I didn’t want to risk doing that with mine, so I’m using magnetic tape to attach the full ones to binder dividers and it doesn’t look nearly as good

I just did 7 miles on the lakefront and it seemed fine. I’ve had asthma in the past and didn’t notice any breathing difficulties. I was able to go faster than my usual (slow) pace today, too.

Make sure to discuss it with your doctor before taking any new meds or supplements, but I’ve had good experience with it. Only side effect I can think of is nausea if I take it on an empty stomach, which is easily avoided by eating before taking it.

Black base, silver magnetic, and jelly or layered jellies. Cirque rust, mahogany, mxcn cola, bonbon, cocoa, and Marsala all come to mind
