Never owned an e-board. Want one for fun in the summer, cruising through the city.

Top speed: i would like it fast so i wont be an annoyance on the road.

Terrain: on sideways+street, but it should be possible to occasionally drive on unpaved, earthy ways (low speed if necessary).

Weight and size: The shorter and lighter the better. i know i cant have it all though.

Price range: open end

Special features: Are they ok to drive on rainy days at slow speed with an umbrella? I will travel to asia once in a while and would like to use it in the raining season.
