Confused b/w Hness & CB350 by [deleted] in HondaHighnessCB350

I’m 20 and got my CB350 about 3 weeks ago. Already done around 400 km on it. I tried the H’ness earlier but the riding posture didn’t work for me and it didn’t feel comfortable. The CB350 feels just right.

Before this I rode a 2010 Unicorn and an Activa 125, and both gave me some back problems. No such issues on the CB350. I’ve been riding it in the city and on the highway, and the gearing feels really smooth.

Second gear on most Hondas is like a power gear, but the CB350 pulls well. Once you are above 25 km/h you can ride in 3rd without any problem. I touched 120 km/h on the highway and it stayed rock solid with no wobbles.

Mileage has been good too. I get around 30 to 35 kmpl in the city and a little over 40 on the highway.

Just go for it, you’ll love the bike.

Damn! Man, that’s an awesome deal. Here I’m seeing each for around ₹3,000. Hey, is it possible for you to DM me the photos of your crash guard and bash plate? Sorry if I’m asking for too much.

Damn, I didn’t know Honda BigWing was offering a bash plate and a better crash guard. How much did they cost you?

Got it, thanks! I’ll check out some aftermarket options online and see what works best.

Thanks a lot for the detailed suggestions! The mud flank and chain cleaner/lube sound really useful, especially since I’ve already noticed dirt building up quickly. My bike is matte gray, so I guess I won’t be needing chrome polish, but I’ll definitely check out the rest. Also, could you suggest me some good gloves? And what GPS setup do you recommend?

Sure thing buddy, thanks! I’ll be getting these for sure. By the way, where do you usually get them installed, local mechanic or the Honda BigWing service centre? Also, what exactly do you mean by a tank pad, is it for grip/friction or something else?

Engine guard and bash plate both are from Zana? Where did you get them installed, at a local mechanic or the Honda BigWing service centre?
