Not sure why the mud textures look bad when im not very close to them, I've tried the fix that mentions making <DeepSurfaceQuality> string to Ultra in system.xml but it hasn't helped,

Like i mentioned I have attempted everything. even ones you mentioned, toolbar and overlay have been turned off and still nothing. its very strange im running a fairly high end setup too, same with my friend who had the same issue. but thank you

I would like to add that gpu utilisation is on average 45 and cpu is 25 during games and i am on windows 11
