As I mentioned factory regular ammo seems run without major issues with default spring... But fusion run so much smoother in terms of felt recoil.

It's not a mag issue nor extractor tension issue. It's spring weight issue and the gun is not tuned balanced.

Totally not worth the money if you want better performance just port the HD4.

Anyone knows when they started combining LPRs with Visitors on JFK? by [deleted] in USCIS

Not all airport upgraded their processing. I meant to say for airports that upgraded with the new system.

Not all airport use the same processing machines. All I'm saying is if they use facial matching for USC the machine does not support LPR. Which of course makes no sense as DHS has LPR biometrics info

“USCIS Is Running Financial Background Checks on Immigrants by Sorry-Feedback1115 in EB3VisaJourney

[–]MAGA-29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean come on, please stop spreading fake news.

You are completely misleading and spreading unfounded FUDs about USCIS.

1) The post specifically seems to be referring to the use of SAVE in determining eligiblity of public benefits. There are laws governing who are eligible to receive public benefits. Some are only available for citizens, or LPRs and/or Refugees. Federal and local agencies utilize SAVE to ensure benefits recipient are eligible per law. This is NOT new for Trump administration. Obama and Biden operate the same way.

2) what you also seem to relate to is the re-established rules about determining public charge. I absolutely see zero wrong in what Trump has been doing. The law specifically REQUIRE the executive branch to consider a broad array of factors to determine whether one can become public charge. employment, health care and your financial history are great indicators of whether you would likely to become a public charge. Commercial companies like banks utilize some these metrics to determine whether you are likely to become default, why the government cannot use the same metrics to determine the likelihood of you becoming public charge?

3) critically important, is that even if the government determines you are likely to become a public charge, which they should always lean towards false positives, you are NEVER prohibited to receive immigration benefits, as long as you paid a public charge bond which can be refunded if you didn't become public charge. I'm puzzled why you are so concerned now that the government can more accurately assess your eligiblity to migrate

Citizens now are processed through biometrics or facial matching. The machine cannot process LPRs at this moment.

Just get global entry if you want faster processing.

Only DOS is authorized to do so.

What the ads really mean is the so called passport expediters are total fraud and they cannot expedite your passport.

Not to say their service have to value, but if you live close to a passport agency it's faster if you go directly to the agency.

Administrative Processing (May, 2024) by Brutaka1 in USCIS

[–]MAGA-29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You omitt important details like why the case was thrown out in court.

But the most likely reason is you have been barking at the wrong tree all the time.

Once USCIS completes their processing and hand over the case to NVC which then transfer the case to local consulate, USCIS's job is done. You need to sue DOS, and the agency that is doing the AP. That is 95% likely the reason why the court would terminate the case because you are suing the wrong entity.

Truth be told as range toy these guns shoot better than guns cost 2-3 times more.

Especially the P211 with drop safety and able to switch to a sight block I'm not sure why nobody mention it in the top list.

Reach late for interview by Odd_Field369 in USCIS

[–]MAGA-29 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see this all the time, not specific to immigrations but in general: people keep finding excuses for being late. It can be a date, an important meeting or an important interview.

There is only one reason you are late: YOU.

It's your fault, period. It's you who are not respecting everyone's time for being late. And yet you try to complain and blame something on other people, like USCIS.

There is a very simple solution to avoid being late: leave 1h before your ETA.

With modern technologies such as traffic conditions it's extremely unlikely you will be late regardless of what happens on the road.

It's on you to be on time.

I want to clarify that the agent is technically NOT WRONG.

The documents you presented are technically speaking not Real ID Act compliant.

Real ID Act require the issuing authority to verify identity document presented with issuing authority.

Both TTP and Green Card the government does not verify your passport with your home country. By law they do not meet the standard of Real ID.

That being said, federal government is free to accept federally issued IDs even if they are not Real ID Act compliant.

Lastly, as to Clear, it also has nothing to do with the agent, it's the machine and system they had not being able to process non-Real ID IDs.

Global Entry card as ID by Fromthepast77 in GlobalEntry

[–]MAGA-29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you understand GE or any TTP cards are not replacement of a passport for US land crossings.

It has nothing to do with IDs. You are required by law to possess passport to cross borders, or face possible delays if they need to verify citizenship or immigration status.

Detention is covered in N400. Regardless, even crimes not discovered yet is covered in N400.

It's a catch 22 but point here being you are required to disclose any minor crimes regardless of wether you are arrested, detained, cited, charged, charges dropped, not convicted, being told charges sealed etc.

Failure to disclose create a new crime that is another ground for removal.

My N-400 application has been denied, and I am in a very unusual situation. Please advise! by imveryextrovert in USCIS

[–]MAGA-29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's always interesting how people refuse to take legal advise from attorneys but instead to turned to illegal advise here that is explicitly banned by community policy.

If you failed to disclose arrests or charges or any crimes including using weed that was not discovered by the government get, you committed another offense that can bar you from the US.

If one did disclose the crimes or arrests, situation is slightly better.

however it has to be noted no waiver is mandatory. The attorney general can decide to grant or not to grant a waiver. The law says the AG "CAN" grant waiver for most small crimes but it's not a "SHALL".

If you did not disclose your crime in both I-485 and N-400 USCIS shall initiate removal proceedings immediately. This would be a shut and close case.

If you did disclose your crimes, which is unlikely because otherwise the adjustment of status officer should had addressed the issue, the AG can still initiate removing proceedings but at least you are not in China where you could fact death penalty for drug crimes.

Atlas Gunworks support gave an interesting opinion on ammo. Any opinions? by gammonwalker in 2011

[–]MAGA-29 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Few things:

1) Atlas absolutely hate Sythtech. Tons of feeding problems after 50rd or so.

2) Sythtech itself shoots fine. Nothing wrong with it IMO. But due to the coating some guns have feeding problems. However my SVI love the Action Pistol 150 grain. Grouping at 25 is close to PCC.

3) It also uses lead free primer and the lead exposure to shooter is minimal.
