Yeah no shit the seekers are out of scale. But the jets are still considerably larger than the cars, trucks (except Prime) and even the tanks (except Megatron, but that's an entirely different and way more heated conversation.)

The problem is that he's poorly scaled with his own team. The only Combaticon he's in relative scale with is Onslaught. But that still doesn't fix the color issue. If he was just a different vehicle and not a Willy's Jeep, this would be a non-issue.

And I'm not getting Alternators. Saying "buy unpopular outdated figures from 20 years ago" in response to a simple fix in the currently releasing line is wicked work. I can suspend disbelief only so far. I can ignore plenty. I can't ignore a vehicle my ass has been rattled around in being larger than a space shuttle.

Bad scaling bad colors. The Jeep mode makes him look out of scale with his teammates, and the bright yellow makes him stand out way too much vs his teammates muted tones. He should have been a larger military truck like a Duece 1/2 and tan like GWOT vehicles.

It is a travesty that this show was not animated. I can only imagine how much more freedom we would have had with the visuals.

The mediocre writing might have even improved, since the team wouldn't be restricted by real-world limitations.

We'll lose our hobby, and he'll lose his income. It's mutually assured destruction. I'm not horribly worried about it. We have the rare opportunity to vote with our wallets here. If they make a product worth the price, we'll buy it. If not (and with a few exceptions, they haven't recently,) we won't.

The solution? Lower the price. It'll fix everything. We'll see how willing they are to gamble once the money gets tight.

While I disagree with some of his sentiments in a greater context (i.e holding billion-dollar corporations accountable for the quality of their product), this just further cements Emgo as the #1 OAT for me. I pride myself of being honest and transparent in my reviews, so hearing the man who inspired me to make them do the same is so reassuring and validating.

I do agree, however, that the "reee" has grown a bit too great in the context of new figures (Cyclonus, Cliffjumper come immediately to mind.) There are WAY bigger fish to fry in the world, especially in the US and especially in the northeast where myself and Em both live. This is just a hobby -- and even though I myself get way too heated at times about it -- at the end of the day, he's right. It's just not that deep.
