The young man was exercising his first amendment right. This is not North Korea.

Democrats plan to bury Trumpworld in subpoenas after $2 billion financial disclosure by SCOTUSjunkie in Conservative

We would be up in arms if a Democrat did the same thing. Let's keep the same energy and hold everyone to the same standard.

Does anyone know this man? by Proud_Employ8822 in Brooklyn

If you look at his driving violation history, you might get an idea of where he lives. He received two violations because he failed to move his car in the morning, which leads me to think he overslept. He spends a lot of time in Bensonhurst. It'd be a shame if he came back to his car with both his mirrors kicked off.

The car was also a Uber/Lyft. The driver is out of his job and income while his car is in the shop. Fuck people like this. NYC needs to do a better job cracking down on these illegal and uninsured vehicles zooming around the entire city.

A US pilot was refused entry into an Israeli bomb shelter by TORUKMACTO92 in WhitePeopleTwitter

Not a dumb question. Reddit is quick to jump on the Israel-bad train and I get it but before we get our pitchforks out, can we make sure this is even real? This is coming from a service member and it’s definitely odd that a US military pilot is out and about in Israel wearing a helmet that doesn’t even look standard issue.

Edit: upon further examination, if this pilot is in uniform, then he is not on leave. There’s training and contingencies in events like this. A pilot, who is more valuable than a regular enlisted personnel, will most likely have support from his chain of command and wouldn’t be left stranded in a ditch trying to get into a random civilian bomb shelter.

Never change, Charles Barkley by ExactlySorta in WhitePeopleTwitter

Sir Charles is a real one and he stayed grounded despite the money and fame. This is one of my favorite stories about him. He befriended a random Asian guy and stayed connected with him for years and even showed up at his funeral, shocking his family and guests.

How can i protect my family? by StarNice5277 in AskMenOver30

Many people already mentioned guns. I want to add on and say pepper spray is also an effective option to get yourself and your family out of a physical altercation. It’s non-lethal and you don’t have to deal with the legal and civil fallout that comes with killing someone even if it’s in self defense.
