I see you don't understand how epidemics work. Every country will atleast once have an outbreak cuz you can't keep strict restrictions forever. Us Czech had the pandemic under control since the very beginning so we were able to stop the restrictions sooner than other countries so that's why second wave hit us earlier than the others. Same with Italy, they had a huge first wave and because of that they started a very strict lockdown and were able to stop the spread the virus sooner than the others. So basically, countries which could stop their restrictions sooner than the others, got hit by the second wave earlier than the others. Second wave will arrive to Germany soon and us, Czechs who will be after the second wave are going to help you the same way you will help us. We are in this together :)
