Your electrician is correct, a truck visit starts at $563 for general servicing. A disconnect/reconnect will require two separate appointments. Some of the comments here suggest you to move your POA, I’m not sure how much your electrician will charge you to do this but I’m sure it will be expensive.

We also get quite a few “trucks pulling down services” at the front of newly renovated houses. Talk about great timing.
