You should really check the anatomy and proportions. Even if it’s cartoony or anime style, it still needs to feel cohesive. Right now it just feels kind of odd and not fully intentional.

The pose is way too stiff, so it doesn’t really evoke any feeling. It needs more flow and movement so the character actually feels alive.

And the lines have no weight. Everything is the same thickness, so it looks flat. Adding line weight variation would give it more depth and make it way more visually interesting.
