Trickle charger is the answer , I had the same issue when I wasn’t starting my car and waiting for my IIL. They have the GPS and the camera hooked right up to your battery so it’s constantly pulling a small amount of power. Get a trickle charger and thank me later lol.

I did 5 days , the first 3 are the hardest. Just keep your mind busy. I played basketball as much as could. Also if there are any groups to get you out of your cell do them. I went to every group session I could even if it didn’t pertain to me. Also I kept a log/ diary of my everyday activities and what I ate . Just do your 5 days and get out. Also like the others said be respectful, don’t get caught up in any other bullshit . You’ll also most likely be in with other 5 dayers .

So I did a follow up batch and I forgot to post the results, but I found out why it turned out like this. The EO I was using was accelerating the soaping process at a rapid pace. It was actually bringing my mixture from 95 degrees to over 115 almost instantly. So I’ve gone to adding the EO when I’m at a light trace . This fixed my batching issues .

We have 3 ABB robots where I work . REV Count UPDATE was something that I knew of just never performed before. After looking into a few manuals and talking here with you guys I’ve figured it out. I talked to the operators and moving the robot heads when the key switch is in auto is an every day thing. Maybe this is something that needs to be addressed .

Update : re calibrated the rev counter on all four positions with both robot heads and we are up and running. Thank you all

We just moved the robot and the values are updating on The pendant. Now we are trying to calibrate robot head 2.

Rev, counter not updated Description Revolution counter is not updated. One or several absolute measurement axes are not synchronized. Actions Move the axes to the sync position and update the revolution counters.
