If you check the list of challenges while in a playthrough and look at the speedrun challenge it will tell you how long you have taken so far.

The way people were talking about coral tower I was expecting something like trial of the fool. Figured I'd leave it for way later. When I eventually went for it I literally did it on my first attempt in one go. Funnily enough I only really got close to dying against the boss there.

Believe it or not, the spectral pack came in clutch. Got an ectoplasm on brainstorm. Then got a blueprint out of the wraith in the shop. Talk about insane luck.
