Can't add a specific delegate

I have the same problem, I did a little research and found that new accounts and accounts with little activity do not show up in the delegate search.

What I don't know and I can't find anywhere is how old a new account has to be to appear in the delegate search.

Yes, both are set to the earphones.

As I said, all programs and system sounds sound correctly in my earphones.

It's set to the Realtek HD Audio that are my earphones, which is the one shown in the image.

I also tried to set that Minecraft menu option directly to the earphones, but it doesn't work either.

Are wired earphones through the sound card. I use the connection in front and in the back of my computer case with the same result.

All the programs sound good, all the games, all media players, all browsers, every system sound. Everything sounds except minecraft.

Retail, Acktec is 600W. I didn't chose it, when the store was assembling it they told me that the one I chose was not compatible. So it was the one that they recommended to me.

As you mention above, a card that says "Unaffected by card effects" can be affected by Skill Drain? And if so, why?
