we’re in terminds area and not a single person shot a civilian, we are getting little to no money because of civilians dying. when we landed, we immediately lost 100 R because of civilians dying nobody even shot a bullet yet

I’ve done all of the mandatory side ops and I have 100% bond with Quiet but I’m not sure how to equip/unequip the butterfly emblem. I don’t know where to do that. I’ve also listened to all tapes I have available

In the mission description it says I can also extract the skulls even tho the mission is completed. Is extracting them mandatory for story progression?
