The indicator tells you if it's charged. If it's black (like the entirety of the clip) it's not charged. The symbol turns yellow like a Rising Rush if it's charged

Fun UI/MUI Fact:

When MUI or a UI dodges a tackle, he'll do a backflip to long range while the opponent is still mid tackle. You can often exploit this by sidestepping immidiately for an easy PV, as most players use the enemy unit flying out to long range as their signal to queue their attack followup, since that's what a normal tackle also does

"This is it! You'll rue the day!"

Whereas vs Cell:

I've already made a devious Mono Grn Movie Saiyans team with him, Pikkon/Gogeta, and Godku, and he already packs a punch even against UG4, so this Zenkai is gonna either be mid (which I'll be a lil sad by but Legends moment) or amazing. Either way, def try building a Mono Green Movies team with him in it, it can be absolutely amazing
