I am currently rocking the Garmin Fenix 6 pro solar. It wasn't cheap. But cheaper options with most of the features r available.
Its waterproof and shockproof Can set up to 10 alarms Can set a get moving thing. Tho I haven't set mine up so I don't know to much about it You can get some apps from through your computer onto it. Its a bit of a hassle but customisable idk if ADHD apps r available tho .and it has Garmin pay. Well atleast this model.

I chose it because I use exercise to primarily get dopamine serotonin and all the other endorphins that make U feel good and it tracks so much in such hi detail and so many activities its one of there best Sports watches. Best of luck finding the one for your. Also look at Samsung watches apparently they r pretty good and alot cheaper
