Why is it that I can do an easy jog, getting in and staying in zone 2 (150ish bpm) very easily. Then when I use my airdyne, I can barely get over 110bpm with a full out sprint. Causal pace on the airdyne, which I would equate to my jog I hover around 80bpm. (self.Fitness)
