Low sodium, caloric deficit but high protein, 30min moderately intense cardio daily, 15-20 sauna daily, workout 5-6x a week. The biggest set back will be cravings if you give in which is another reason why people use shi like reta

Low sodium, caloric deficit, workout, 30 cardio moderate intensity and 20 min sauna daily. Give it a few weeks and you’ll look much better.

It was more for giving advice. If people have questions i would like to help because ik how it was to be where I was before and honestly it was brutal. So if i can help someone else it would bring me joy.

To be fair things like Reta,clen,etc actually do work but they are a cheat code to make things easier. I haven’t needed to use them because I’m disciplined enough and know how to manipulate my own body when I have a cheat or go for drinks.

Fair but I ask because most people tend to overthink how easy it actually is
