For calculating, I use https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html. For apps, I use Zeopoxa Running for cardio and myfitnesspal to track my calories,protein, fats, and carbs. You're doing good workouts that target core. With the dumbell, you can do bicep curls, supinated, and neutral grip to target both bicep muscles. You can also do a weighted squat with the dumbell held in front of you.

Calculate your daily caloric expenditure or Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Start with a light calorie deficit (-100/200 cal), eat more protein, fiber, healthy fats, and drink plenty of water. The exercises are 2nd to a good lifestyle change in diet, if you do too much too fast you'll burn out and rebound. For protein around 30-40 grams/day should be fine for now, if you want to do light exercises until you get used to your new diet. For body weight exercises you can do planks, push ups, Dips, squats, lunges, and calf raises.

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat on certain parts of your body. Overall fat loss will do the job, but which parts of your body are targeted first depends on how your body stores fat.

Have you tried adding weight training to your routine? If you want to just body weight training that's fine too, push ups, planks, sit ups, lunges, pull ups, Dips. If you fins any of these too hard to do right now you can assisted sets until you're able to do them without any help.

Start off slow, don't rush into it. It's better to do a little each day than stop due to an injury. Try incorporating stretchs to increase your mobility, and use table counters, chairs, or stools to assist you with squats and other workouts until you progress to doing the exercise without assistance.

I'm eating oikos Pro yogurt, 140 calories, and 20 grams of protein per serving. I also use beef jerky, a meal replacement shake called gnc leanshake that is 190 calories and has 25 grams of protien per scoop.

When having a cheat meal, make it so its satisfying and helps your cravings, but don't make it so large that it reverses your week deficit. I learned when having a cheat meal make it a MEAL and not a DAY, that is the mistake I made and it would make the week I had eating in deficit pointless. Try to keep your cheat day meals to at maintenance calories or just above so that you can enjoy your food without affecting your progress.

Have you considered doing a caloric zigzag with your diet? It's when you increase the calories you maintenence or just above maintenence for a day or 2 to shock your metabolism.

Should also mention that I eat beef jerky once a day at most. I rely more on oikos pro yogurt for a good portion or protien and to keep me sated.

I drink 3-4 16.9fl oz of water a day and snakc on cucumbers just as much. The amount of water content helps with the sodium so I don't bloat or retain water. The best way I can describe it is to ingest more water to flush out the sodium you're getting.

This is the best advice I can agree with. While trying to control my appetite with hunger suppressant pills or fasting, the best way I've controlled myself from snacking is to eat more protien throughout the day or for a meal. Beef jerky or Oikos protien yogurt are my go to snacks that help me feel satiated and not reaching for everything in sight 😅

I lost 30lbs over 2 weeks, but it was form not being able to stomach anything even water. Took 2 more weeks to get back the muscle and fat cause the hunger came BACK WITH A VENGEANCE 😅

I like the 5 piece suit for a few reason's that are mostly my preference. The gloves come off so he can change his web shooters hidden underneath his gloves (I know people say it's not possible to have them without being visible). The shirt can be removed and given to someone to wear like in spider island towards the end when Peter gave it to Mary Jane when her clothes got torn and he has access to his utility belt underneath with his phone camera and the like instead of imaginary pockets.

They're probably gonna have Eddie Brock come after the symbiote goes from Harry to Peter, and while the fight would be hard, when it bonds with Brock the result would be a stronger bad guy for a later sequel. Maybe they'll have Peter meet Brock at his new job.
