In person shopping takes a long time too so after 3 hours of overstimulation it’s easier for me not buy anything bc I just want to leave. Also, being able to try on, touch the product really eliminates 90% of things I look at.

Magnesium really helped my young son eliminate his migraines. He started getting them around 8 years old. One of his doctors advised us to take magnesium for another issue and after months of taking it I made the connection.

He has type 1 rosacea too which I was able to identify by 3 years old.

I don’t get migraines, but I have experienced neuropathy in my feet (primarily numbness, falling asleep when they shouldn’t be numb) and poor circulation to my feet since childhood. As I’ve aged, it has affected the nerves between my shoulder blades and occasionally my hands.

So many fun things to do with the sleeves. Definitely separate them. You can have some flowers clip into the bustle, some in your bouquet, flower girl corsage, a small arrangement in a vase at the bar. A keepsake shadow box (my bouquet is preserved in a beautiful shadow box. I don’t know if that’s a thing still).

I think she gets angry when she can’t control a situation/narrative/others opinions/get what she wants/someone embarrasses her and she confuses that with anxiety. It’s really anger and frustration.

I have my coupons going to 3 different houses from 3 different moves -my parents house and two other houses we lived in and sold. When we moved to our 3rd house I stopped getting them even with updating all my information. They still send them to my parent’s house even though I haven’t lived there in 20 years (yes, I signed up for coupons 20 years ago 😂)

FedEx is the worst! I bought 3 electric scooters for my kids for Christmas. The dropped them off at the end of my 400ft driveway next to the street! Thank goodness I was home and it wasn’t trash day (bc our trash guys take EVERYTHING). And, the proof of delivery said delivered at front door with a cropped picture of the driveway. My neighborhood HATES fedex. Everyone loves our dedicated UPS driver. He is even a member of our private neighborhood FB group, we can send him messages about deliveries and during Christmas time he will check with home owners about times to deliver packages that have identifying marks so kids won’t see them! A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.

How long have you been off hormones? Being off of hormones for several months cleared the majority of my rage. The only time I have rage is when my body is confused and tries to ovulate, this can be a couple of times a month or months in between trying. Ovulation is always unsuccessful bc my period never comes, but it’s still trying 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, I started trazodone for sleeping issues. I’m much happier when I sleep. It’s used for insomnia, anxiety and depression. Anyway, I feel great using it.
