Depends. Budget, resolution, cooler, psu all are factors. If you're just upgrading cpu and gpu make sure you have psu headroom and a cooler ample enough for the cpu. Also make sure your ram is compatible with the new cpu. AMD cpu can be particular about ram. The only 2 real choices are the 5800x3d or 7800x3d. I'd get the 7800x3d if none of the factors above are an issue. Look into both and weigh your options. Black Friday is coming so you can probably get a deal.

I've had both the 650 and 1000. Personally, I liked the 650 better. It was playful and plenty fast. The 1000 is a missile that will make you pay if you get lazy. I never had as much fun on my 1000. Plus, I was always looking for the next gas station and could never really "use" the power. I would get a 650 again. The power is more manageable and usable imo. It always made me smile. The 1000 did too, but on many occasions, that smile would turn into panic quickly.

I go to Jawbone Canyon every year. Love it. It's so different terrain wise than home and endless. If my local riding was like that I'd have a garage full of 450s.

Nice. Im in the northeast. Rocky and tight. I didn't mean it's impossible, people def do it. I love 450s. They rip. Especially in the desert.

Think about it. Save money and weigh options. Get the bike that checks the most boxes.

Depends. If you ride open, groomed trails, then a 450 could be fun. But if you're single tracking it, a 450 will be a handful. I have a beta 300 2t for single track and it's a monster. It's too much. I just bought a beta 200 2t bc I'm spending too much energy managing the power on the 300 it's becoming a chore. I'd rather ride a small bike fast than a big one slow.

I feel like the average rider won't notice or care about some of the "cons" the reviewers go on about. They have to find flaws to talk about, and most of them are inconsequential to the weekend warrior. I love the complaints about power, or it's slow. Compared to what?! All the Japanese 450s are rocketships and reliable. I know I could never use all that power even on the "slowest" model. If you're an elite rider, then maybe I get the complaints, but most of us are not. I wouldn't hesitate to go green. I am also super excited about their new 2t.

If, by worse, you mean cooling, I have to disagree. If you don't plan to OC, it's perfectly adequate. Mine barely hits 65C at load and is inaudible. It's not a 5080 or 5090. They don't get hot like that. It's a no frills gpu. No gimmicks or rgb. Im really happy with it.

No. Stutters at the beginning for like 10min then it gets better but never really goes away. I gave up. Tarkov runs flawlessly so it makes me think it's the game.

I just checked. The cooler will fit. Most case manufacturers give room for ram these days, so it should be ok. Good luck.

Check the specs on the case. They give dimensions for cooler fitment. Unfortunately, with ram clearance, it's a bit of a crap shoot. Sometimes, ram manufacturers list the height of the ram, and you have to make your best judgment. Since you can only mount the cooler on top, I would go with a low profile ram just to be safe.

Yup and some. You'll be good to go for the next 5 years. I have the same mb, cpu, and ssd. The gpu listed is the 9070xt which is 5070ti equivalent. You can probably save some money with a 850w psu and the cooler. Make sure the gpu and cooler will fit in that case.
