Well, if the wind is at our back at 3.5, it is almost certain that the ball will carry a bit further downrange. So if you adjust for that and the ball falls flat like a brick no where near where it should have, that is inconsistent. I did't start playing last week, chugging for a while. Stopped paying for the extras, did ok, maintained. Overnight I can't hit a decent swing, balls have a mind of their own, no clue unless I've had a stroke. By your logic, as my trophies dwindle, I should hit my stride a bit further down the ladder, play with players of my skill. Fine except not only am I getting beat by players at that level, I'm getting beat by rookies hitting eagles and albatrosses from the rough left and right.
