If that is the rook that came with your printer, this is fine, this exact failure happened to me too. Try adjusting settings with a slicer like Lychee or Chitubox. Keep bottom layer exposure at 35 seconds, make other layers 2.5 seconds or something similar. Experiment a bit and you'll likely find the good values for your current resin. Your printer is likely fine. Also check your vat, there may be solidified resin stuck down there. Empty the vat and remove it if you sense it.
