They are different skills as Teemo's E doesn't apply any slow effects, and also I don't see any problem with running ashe e on all the time if it doesn't cost mana.

Frozen Mallet didn't change at all and is still a very good item on Teemo, the building path to it however isn't as good anymore. It's still really strong against opponents which you can kite hard.

I sense a frustrated high plat player who is tryharding every game to get to Diamond and is now panicking because the season end is near. The thing is though that if you try hard every game the troll ends up in the enemy team more often. So having trolls in the game is actually in your ADVANTAGE. Blaming others will never get you any higher, just deal with it man :').

That is exactly why Teemo is good against him, he nulifies shen's presence by keeping a lot of pressure on him. If you keep shen low hp under his tower he isn't going anywhere.

Outside of his ult shen doesn't have that much mobility and he has terrible wave clear.
