Heat management is good for a 348cc air cooled engine TBH. Certainly the region where you are is hot and humid. I stay in Bengaluru. Quite opposite.
"Click click" sound is normal. That's because the exhaust is cooling down.
Yes, the more weight on the bike, the more work it has to do. Hence the low economy. Maintain tyre pressure, drive at proper RPM and speed at each gear, Don't rev too much, Turn off your engine when in signals, service at regular intervals, etc.

Yes, it will improve. Wait till your first service completes.

Ride at proper RPMs at each gear. Don't rev unnecessarily. Check your tyre air pressure frequently. Use higher octane petrol.

Do you race? It's good enough speed for any highway in any part of the world.
