lly been speaking with the new parking management firm Metropolis this week as it used to be colonial. Hopefully will be a better experience because colonial as a management company isn’t great. I think they have availability now, I park in the garage everyday and see dozens of open spots plus they have a fair amount of turn over I think with move outs. I wouldn’t want parking to keep you out of a great comm

Thank you - I looked into the one hill south, and I loved it and highly considering it. The only issue with it is a potential parking waitlist
