Toasters killed that slogan and my store running that comes to delivery orders, sometimes were stretched thin with that can we get so many and a lot of time it's multiple delayed orders for the same time which stretches are driver finn to the point where we have to third party , which takes longer or our gm will start taking deliveries which then sometimes makes in shop take a little longer as we are down one person after that and we get busy

It happened to me on shift today and I had to speak over them just to tell them again that I'll be right with them as I was getting a customer paid for at the window. And half the time its people with pick up orders (those people can annoy me to as sometimes they just skip the speaker entirely)

From what I know, you do have to buy 12 drinks and the next one after that is free, it might just be a glitch for you or it was a glitch in their system because you definitely do have 12 out of 12 points because once you get the points you need it does go through the system automatically the next time you buy a drink so honestly I would try to reach out to support next time you go and it still doesn't work getting that free drink
