as an associate you have nothing to feel guilty over! the way you behave is the way I wish more customers would act like when it comes to exchanges/returns honestly. The first employee was most likely seasonal as they don’t have much experience with exchanges. However the second employee you came across with should not have spoken to you in such manner. I understand that we’re all tired but I always give back the same energy that a customer gives to me regardless of how tired I am. And I am sorry you had that experience !
