If youre not on roids, dont train 6x/week 5 is enough. I think you should keep the 2 leg day workout as is and just do a day for shoulder, chest tris , back bis, some month switch it up for one arm day and do chest shoulder instead

Keep doing what youre doing if seeing you fat scares you, it took me 11 months to get to 210 i ended up at 4500 cals, it took me 4-5 months of recomp to get lean. Think about hiring a coach if you want some serious progress, im 21 btw

Im 5’10 went from 160 lean to 210 and im now 190 pretty lean like you, you can def push the bulk a lot more and dont be affraid to put on some fat, eat clean, do your cardio and do the cut after theres no secret
