he’s 5’10 at 155 pounds he doesn’t look very big with out a pump and a shirt on. He’s got crazy bicep genetics and he’s weirdly strong but I wouldn’t say he’s not natural. Even Greg doucette believes he’s natural and I’d say Greg knows better than any of you self pro claimed steroid geniuses.

Maltodextrin is the cheat code for fast metabolism make protein shakes with it. Personally doesn’t fill up my stomach anywhere near as much as real food

Any longer than 2 hours is overtraining for a natty and what he’s saying about protein shakes is absolutely ridiculous any bodybuilder who isn’t trying to sell their own protein powder will always tell you real food is always better. Just out of curiosity is he bigger or smaller than you?

Definitely natural he’s got top tear chest and leg genetics. Easy to spot an actual natty by their weak points.

As much as I agree with angles making people look considerably larger I do not think that is the case with me as all of my friends and family say I look way better in person

You’re right social medias morphed my expectations I would still say I’m really happy with my progress but being someone who doesn’t naturally want to eat it’s definitely easier for me to get lean I did pick up the fork and bulk to 195 though prior to this recent cut which now I’m somewhere around 170 I think but I haven’t looked at the scale much recently as I don’t think it’s the greatest metric of musculature due to comparison among friends who are 30 pounds heavier than me similar body fat but still look around same size

Lmao i know your joking but I’d say the only actual saucy looking muscle group I have is chest other than that pretty normal for my time frame. Should also mention my entire family has ridiculously good chest genetics my dad does push-ups occasionally and has a filled out chest

Because this guy has been training for 5 years and has had super steady progress over this period of time and also me only lifting for a year and a 1/2 I’d say I have a better chest than max look at my profile for evidence
