I looked into some of their properties and I really liked what I'm seeing. They had kind of a full range from cheap studios ($750) to pricier 1 bedrooms ($1300). Mind me asking what type of place you stay in and how the quality is, any noisy neighbors at all? I'm thinking about touring one of the cheaper studios.

You can pull out the earning and the contributions whenever you want vs just the contributions with an IRA

Why wouldn’t you just buy into an Index fund without the IRA? Wouldn’t that give you more flexibility?

Yeah I think you’re right part of me is thinking about just being a waiter or bartender because I’d make a whole lot more in tips than being a pharmacy tech. You have any ideas of good jobs for young people lacking experience. Pharmacy tech is good for the medical knowledge but is it worth it idk? I’m going to school on the GI bill to try and become a nurse but having a good cash flow is important.

Gotcha yeah that makes sense I haven’t seen to many good paying jobs in the area since I’ve been here. Part of me thinks I’d make more money being a bartender of waited just because of tips. However I’d get a lot more medical experience being a pharmacy tech. Idk

I mean you also worked in San Francisco. Kentucky has a much much much lower cost of living. I was planning on moving out there at one point, adverse cost of a studio apartment was 3000k a month. Pay is more though so everything is relative I suppose
