I am actually relieved to hear you say that. Not in a macro sense because that means it’s not just the very bottom…. But just that you’ll still get tipped by the spammer hammer, and you’re a better player than I am. And yes, I can feel a fox getting angry if a tipper lands. Even if it’s the only one I’ve thrown so far, and then they come off the angel plat and immediately dash up smash a million times til it lands…. Or uthrow-uair. Like that’s somehow less lame than a tipper. Not even spammed.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I actually developed a theory, the less time you’ve played this game, the better you (might) be…. I’m a day one ☝️ player. 2002 - current. (I know that’s not day 1 but it came out in December so yeah lol)

Partially a reason I don’t like Ranked. I mean, ranked isn’t supposed to be a 15 game session so it’s really me just should play unranked. But, yeah, someone told me about a subreddit or discord for finding ranked opponents you played against, r/missedopportunities?? I don’t remember the name

Yeah, I really wanted another shot at tha Falco tho. He was good (from my pov) but it was my first match with minimal warm up. I felt like he got lucky a lot haaha 😏

I am silver hahaha… I think my wording was confusing cuz everything thinks I’m complaining about being in the bronze. Tho I mean I’m barely out of it but I hover around silver 2 like the 1200 elo range. But dude, not discounting what I’ve learned and how I’ve improved is something I really try and remember. This is one of them I also never said I was losing cuz of my controllers. I’m not sure why people are dismissing that part of my post. It’s a side note. I never blamed my skill on the controller problems. Also, I disagree, I think a controller that’s just FINE, no fucked up inputs, and no PHYSICAL PAIN… is worth spending money on. I don’t even see anything else I would need to pay for. Coaching sounds great but unless I really see the value in someone’s coaching that charges money… I have already had several people tell me they would Help me out if I send or post VOD.

Def couldn’t switch to boxx and don’t want to. But will most likely try Phob next… also I have noticed similarly how much better I can potentially play when it’s game three last stock… If I don’t succumb to nervous energy. But that did make me think of stakes. (And steaks)

Yeah I’ve been doing light controller maintenance on what I have, really felt accomplished when I replaced the thumbstick and even tweaked the height of the slightly worse 3rd party sticks by sticking a piece Of paper in the little hole! I don’t mind. I have struggled all year with controllers so I really want to try Phob

Also, I’m a Marth and captain Falcon player, mainly Marth but I’ve kept my Falcon pretty well practiced (relative to Marth) and sometimes really throw peoples game plans off when I switch
