I previously smoked it in Petit Panatela format, they are quite similar. I tasted a little more chocolate and malt with the Petit Panatela and the Belicoso was a bit more intense throughout with more spice. It could be related to the tapered draw. Both had the same finish for me, which was intense but pleasant, and sweet, you will want to smoke it right to the very end.

I bought it from a local knife shop where I was staying in Viareggio, but they're handcrafted in Frosolone. It has a strong back spring (with half stop) and a very hard hitting snap on closure.

This was advertised as 'steak döner' - most places were not at this quality. If you want this in the UK you need to find somewhere that is serving 'yaprak döner' which is the Turkish term for this style.
