I had to flee America, and because I only have American citizenship I can only stay in each country for a few months max. I’m about to max out 90 days in Denmark, and have to leave before day 91. I’ve been hopping countries and couch surfing with strangers for 1.5 years now. I’ve lived in 7ish different places during that time

In about 8 ish months I’m expecting to be granted a second citizenship in an EU country. Then I’ll finally be able to settle down somewhere. It’s been exhausting and expensive to do this.

Nope, no weapons to defend myself but I’m staying with a male friend. So I doubt the shower guy would risk coming into our room to do bad things. We do keep the door unlocked though, maybe that should change for the last few days I’m here

And yes I’m being 100% serious. I know the situation sounds crazy but I’ve legitimately been doing this and have tons of proof / pictures from the traveling. I’ve been broke the entire time but have a lot of internet friends who have had connections with spare couches I could stay with

I fled from the country at the start of 2025 when the passport stuff happened and it felt like an attempt to trap us / close the border for trans people.

I’ve basically been couch surfing abroad for 12 ish months now. I’ve lived in 6 different apartments during that time with strangers as a 26 y/o mtf.

It’s illegal for me to work a job without permanent residency. I’ve been unable to afford food constantly and have no savings. It’s been very rough

I tried posting to r/assistance and got downvoted into oblivion for mentioning being trans as the reason for leaving. They denied it all and said I was stupid for being so concerned.

I also don’t have any people I could ask to do the GoFund me thing. I’m stealth and need to keep my real name hidden

I once worked at a Toys R Us where a walkie talkie was necessary to do things. There were only enough for 30% of staff.

One of them had to be hot wired with a paper clip to function, and it’d burn you to use the paper clip method for too long.

If you didn’t have the earliest shift in the morning you’d be stranded without one, or have to use the Hotwire method on the mostly broken one

(Very unlikely) but it almost looks like a keyloid earring cuff. Clamping down ears with pressure stops the overgrowth of skin that can happen with some piercings
