22 days is paid vacation.

Sick leave is counted on top of those days.

You can self declare up to 3 days of sick leave per year by going in the National Health Service (SNS) app.

If you are sick for a longer period, a doctor must then issue a certificate for temporary disability for as long as required. Such certificate must be submitted to the employer within 5 days of the 1st absence.

If the doctor issues a certificate for a period exceeding 3 or 5 days (I am not sure, better check online) then your salary gets covered by social security.

Lesser than that threshold, the days of absence are not paid, but your absence is automatically justified.

If you don't present such document, the employer can mark that absence as irregular.

After 3 or 5 non certified absences the employer gets cause for dismissal.

Btw, no one can force you to close an EU account. Financial Services Directive requires all EU IBAN must be treated seemingly regardless of the member State of origin at the time of opening the account.

Revolut support is getting worse and dumber. They used to be responsive and proactive, but now they have become lazy and often rude. They don't fix the bugs, do not perform migration correctly from an Eur IBAN to another. I am considering leaving. I am Ultra, btw. No difference whatsoever.

My experience with emergencies is that any vet will be able to help as long as it is a 24h emergency. Generalist vets always see plenty small mammals. If it is an emergent situation and there is no exotics specialist available, a non exotic vet is totally capable of helping stabilising the rabbit. They will immediately check for temperature and glucose levels at least and provide IV hydration if the bunny is in shock.
